Terms and Conditions
You agree that any transactions entered into with CayGoods shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands.
While CayGoods operates under strict privacy law in the Cayman Islands, the majority of the software used is created in the United States. The customer agrees that the data they provide to CayGoods can be stored in the United States, and is protected under U.S. privacy law.
The customer agrees to provide a preferred time of delivery, and will be asked to sign for receipt of delivery upon arrival. If the customer is not available to initial receipt of delivery on the third attempt, additional delivery fees may be charged. From the first scheduled delivery date, customer's have up to 5 days to accept delivery. If on the 5th day the customer does not accept delivery, a 1% fee may be charged for each day they do not accept delivery.
In cases where an item purchased is out-of-stock CayGoods, will special order this product, and collect a 50% deposit. The purchaser agrees to pay the remaining balance owed when the item is delivered to their chosen location.
While we use our best efforts to ensure all Pre-Order products displayed are available for purchase, CayGoods cannot guarantee the availability of all products from our supplier(s). In the rare instance that a product displayed is no longer available, a full refund of the deposit will be given to the buyer, and the product will be removed from display.
From the first scheduled delivery date, customer's have up to 5 days to accept delivery. To avoid this fee, the customer must inform CayGoods in writing that they wish to cancel the order.
Most products require some assembly. No assembly is included in the prices quoted. If you need assistance with assembly, please contact us to discusses and we will either quote an assembly fee, or put you in contact with one of our partners.
